Please use the chart below to estimate the standard shipping & handling charge for your order. For 2-day shipping add $10 and Overnight Shipping add $15 to your order. Expedited orders must be placed by 12:00pm PST to be shipped on the same day.

Changing An Order: Due to the speed of electronic data, changes cannot be made to an order after check out
Orders are shipped on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays recognized in the United States.
We strive to ship within 24-hours of order placed, but please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Depending on your location, please expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days from the date your order was placed.
We will not ship an item to a P.O. Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address. Orders designated to ship Overnight or Second Day will ship on the same day if the order is placed by 12:00 p.m. (P.S.T.) Otherwise, they will ship the following business day.
We use all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Customers cannot specify the carrier of their choice.
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Returns/Exchanges can only be made for items within (14) days after receiving your order. All items returned must be new and unused. All returns must be postmarked by or before (14) days after receiving your order.
If you decide you would like to return or exchange your new, unused item in its original packaging, please follow the steps below:
- If you would like to Return or Exchange an item you must email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization number (RA#). We will promptly reply back via email with your RA number and instructions to process your return properly. NOTE: Merchandise purchased on the website can’t be returned at the boutique.
- In your email to request an RA# include:
- item #
- Invoice #
- Reason for return
- Print clearly in large letters the RA# on the outside of the package you wish to return. Packages that do not include the RA# on the outside of the box will be retuned to sender.
- Your order will include an invoice and a copy of our Return/Exchange policy. A copy of this invoice must be placed inside of your return package.
- Make a copy of the completed return invoice for your records and send the original with your return.
- If you are exchanging an item, you will be emailed a Store Credit Code that you can use as an exchange credit to your next twigandwillow.com purchase.
- Returns will be refunded to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you received your package as a gift, we suggest you get a twigandwillow.com Store Credit Code and use it towards your next twigandwillow.com purchase.
- Return your item using a shipping method such as U.P.S., FedEx, or United States Postal Service using Signature Confirmation. Your return package must have a tracking number to ensure its delivery. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages so it’s important to insure your return to protect your shipment.
