Part-Time Retail Associate

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable individual to join our team in the role of Part-Time Retail Associate to work at both of our Long Beach locations.

Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service in an energetic, fast paced retail store setting.
• Creating, building, and maintaining client relationships.
• Process both cash and credit card transactions using our POS system.
• Maintain product replenishment and keep the store looking clean and displays tidy.
• Maintain a safe and clean retail store work environment. 
• Assist with current and upcoming boutique events.
• Communicate clearly with fellow staff and management.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferred 1-2 years of previous customer service experience in a retail/ boutique setting.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Must be open to working at both locations. 
• Amazing communication skills, a positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor is a must.
• Self-motivated, assertive, self-starting, dependable, trustworthy and consistent.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays. (We do work around school schedules, second jobs, etc. when notified ahead of time.)
• Must be able to perform all store opening and closing duties independently.
